I was impressed with the excellent complexity of the utterly delicious and solidly concentrated flavors that are shaped by a moderately fine and firm mousse, all wrapped in a lingering and sappy finish that walks a fine line between not being particularly dry yet avoids any hint of sweetness. The middle weight flavors possess fine density and focused power and while the supporting mousse is not particularly fine, neither is it coarse. I particularly like the complexity of the drier than average finish as there is once again plenty of yeast and citrus elements in evidence. This is a lovely rosé and worth checking out.” BH 92 / now+ “Packed with fruit, this is flowery and inviting, its flavors of strawberry, melon and pink grapefruit feeling ample in fragrance yet focused and enlivened by brisk acidity.
